DIGI-PEN is a system that permits substituting old style digitizing tablets with a much more convenient and less expensive optical pen. It has combined a “Personal Digital Pen” with specialized sheets and a data managing software application.

Pattern pieces to be digitalized are positioned under the transparent sheet which has a fine grid that is invisible to the naked eye. At the end of a digitizing session all memorized coordinates and identifying codes may then be transferred from DIGI-PEN memory to a PC via a USB connection.
